23 MVP jins to see action in 2020 Online National Inter-School Poomsae tourney

The Iloilo Mark V. Pinggol (MVP) taekwondo gym is aiming to make huge waves in the upcoming 2020 Online National Taekwondo Inter-School Poomsae Championships.

23 jins from the MVP gym will try to continue their consistent impressive outings from their past competitions amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

Trained and supervised under the MVP gym, carrying the banner of the Ateneo de Iloilo are Andria Margaret Palabrica, Maria Beatriz Santos, Geon Ivan Dulaca, Clyde Anthony Chua, Julianna Martha Uy, Cyd Edryc Esmaña, Niesha Kariz Pequierda, and Enzo Lucio Cape.

Representing the University of San Agustin are Justin Adrian Apura, Jannah Ysabel Velez, and Joshua Cachero.

MVP jins that will carry the name of the St. Robert’s International Academy (SRIA) are Shanen Anica Feranco, Kate Sheevanie Santocildes, and Crisgel Castro.

Meanwhile, SPED ISEC’s Phil Caleb Regalado, Aborbent Mind Montesori’s Viene Marie Dulaca, Iloilo National High School’s Joycie Pearl Tacuel, Miagao Central Elementary School’s Ma. Glaiza Fae Cordero, University of the Philippines’ Jilyn Rose Yap, Ashton Martin Losaria of Harvester Christian Academy, Leif Padernal of Passi I Central Elem. School, and JM Laurence lavilla of Lambunao Nat’l High School will also represent the MVP gym.

The online national competition is organized by the Philippine Taekwondo Association (PTA) in collaboration with the SMART/MVP Foundation.
