There will be a new competing team in the upcoming season of the Philippines Football League (PFL).

Dynamic Herb Cebu FC has been finally granted a provisional club license that will formally welcome them as the newest team to participate in the country’s only professional football league.

The PFL confirmed the inclusion of the Cebu-based football team led by familiar faces in the PH scene.

Oliver “Bingbing” Colina has been tasked to take the chief tactician post of the team while former national team player Alex Ballesteros was assigned as the assistant coach.

Apol Bariñan, the assistant coach of the Philippine women’s squad, was also reportedly hired to be a part of their coaching staff.

Former Kaya FC goalkeeper Ace Villanueva and former Stallion FC key players in Daniel Gadia and Nicolas Ferrer will lead the team to battle together with several homegrown Cebuano booters.

Before Dynamic Herb received their provisional license, they already formed its team to be fielded comprised of 23 players with five of them foreigners.
