ROXAS CITY, Capiz— The chief executive officer (CEO) of Chiyuto Creative Wealth Document Facilitation Services (CCWDFS) assured his investors that he will not run away with their money.
“I will not run away with your money as I assured all of you that paying out will be done soonest as possible,” said Patrocenio Chiyuto, also known as Don Chiyuto.
In his Facebook video Wednesday evening, Chiyuto asked his investors to give him time as he is processing the necessary papers to make sure that his business is legal.
Chiyuto said that no politician or government official is behind his declaration of holiday and delaying the payouts to his clients.
He also urged his investors to be calm and shun detractors who question CCWDFS.
He asked for forgiveness from investors for the delay in the payout.
The Securities and Exchange Commission on Wednesday ordered CCWDFS in Roxas City, Capiz to stop operating.
The SEC issued the cease and desist order on February 1, 2021 upon motion of its Enforcement and Investor Protection Department (EIPD).
