Jojo Castro Taekwondo jins clinch medals in SMART/MVPSF Online Poomsae

Another prominent taekwondo gym in the City of Love made noise in the recently concluded 2020 SMART/MVPSF Online National Age Group Taekwondo Championships.

Three Jojo Castro Iloilo City Taekwondo gym jins nabbed medals in the tourney and continued their impressive outing from the 2020 US, Florida Open 1st Online Poomsae Championships.

Fresh from their stint in the international poomsae competition they dominated, Tisha Seth Escrupulo, Anje Grace Espanillo, and Clark Zed Abello, all gold medalists during the Florida Open, racked medals and displayed their consistent form.

Abello showed finesse and top form and dominated the blue male cadet category to get the gold medal.

Meanwhile, Escrupulo, who also got gold in the Florida Open, managed to land the second place in the blue female cadet category.

Their last medal finisher, Espanillo, won the bronze medal in the blue female cadet and is also fresh from her gold medal finish in the Florida Open.

The prized jins are under the training and supervision of coaches Jojo Castro, Keva Medina, and John Sariego.
