The JCI project was led by UNSDC National Deputy Chairperson Ma. Katrina Carmina Anisco.

Hydroponic farming does not require soil to grow plants. Instead, it uses nutrient-laden fluids to farm vegetables and other plants.

The Indoor Hydroponic Farming is an alternative for school and home-based gardening that can augment food supply.

Apart from providing food, it can also be a livelihood source.
