Saint Honoré: Parisian-living in the heart of Iloilo City

Thousands of miles away from Paris, France, a residential complex in Iloilo City offers the vibes akin to living in the City of Light.

Nestled within the 72-hectare Iloilo Business Park township in Mandurriao, Iloilo City, Saint Honore is property giant Megaworld’s fourth residential complex.

It is currently the only residential property located within the 1.1-kilometer Festive Walk Parade, hailed as the longest dining strip in Visayas and Mindanao.

This mid-rise building takes design cues mainly from its namesake, the Rue Saint-Honore, a street in Paris, France known for its upscale boutiques and museums, as well as from the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Washington D.C., USA.

Jennifer Alvaro, Senior Assistant Vice President-Megaworld Regional, said Saint Honore’s mix of old and new has drew attention from clients.

But for those interested, all units have been sold it, she added.

As of February 2022, units at Saint Honore are priced at P203,000/sqm (from P127,000/sqm when it was launched in August 2016).
