SCHOLARSHIP PARTNER

Leroy Edwards of Houie Group based in Miyazaki, Japan, paid a courtesy visit to Gov. Bong Lacson at the Provincial Capitol Wednesday afternoon to provide insights about the provincial government scholars who are studying in Japan.

The Provincial Government of Negros Occidental partners with Houie Group in sending scholars to Japan; they intend to renew a Memorandum of Agreement to send more deserving students.

Edwards is also scheduled to give insights on the Careworker and Japanese Language Program in coordination with the Negros Occ. Scholarship Program Division, headed by Karen Dinsay.

He will conduct interviews with nurses, physical therapists, medical technologists, and caregivers, today, who are interested in a study-work program.

Interviews will be held at Negosyo Center along Gatuslao Street in Bacolod City, until 12noon, today. Interested applicants may text or call Ms. April Joy Duran at 09997349286 to confirm attendance.
