14 Iloilo MVP jins clinch gold medals in 2020 Smart/MVP speed kicking championships

Another month, another achievement.

It was business as usual as the Iloilo Mark V. Pinggol (MVP) Taekwondo gym dominated another online tournament this August.

In the recently concluded 2020 Smart/MVP Sports Foundation Online National Taekwondo Age Group Speed Kicking Championships, 14 jins from the Iloilo MVP gym nabbed gold medals and made waves in the tournament.

There were two categories during the competition: the Free Kicking event and the Kickpad Kicking Event.

For the Free Kicking category, James Annrhey Pecayco, Maria Beatriz Santos, Andria Margaret Palabrica, Marielle Faye Lagamo, Ianna Gabriella Rosales, and Cecil Angeli Rentoy were the gold medalists.

Meanwhile, the MVP jins who also brought pride and won gold medals under the Kickpad Kicking event were Sophia Marie Bautista, Charee Marie Florence Genecela, Chrystelle Eine Siangco, Anthony Benedict Planta, Sirch Einreb Damaoalo, Lindsy Lorraine Degayo, Palabrica, and Christian Pudadera.

Silver medalists in the Free Kicking event were Phil Caleb Regalado, Athena Agramon, Genecela, Siangco, Adrian Joseph Gasajan III, and Degayo.

On the other hand, second-placers under Kickpad Kicking were Ianna Gabriella Rosales, Regalado, and Eduardo Adenic III.
