Two more Filipinos inked fights on July 16 in Las Vegas and will showcase their craft after months of training amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

John Vincent Moralde and Mark John Yap joined Johnriel Casimero and Mike Plania after getting stuck in the US amid the pandemic.

Despite short notices from Bob Arum and Top Rank Promotions, both Moralde and Yap accepted bouts and will tangle with Mexican Alexis Del Bosque Flores and Colombian Miguel Marriaga, respectively.

The pride of General Santos City, Moralde will try to sustain his momentum after knocking out his last two opponents, Jovany Rota and Matias Agustin Arrigada.

Meanwhile, Yap, will try to bounce back and re-establish his name after losing his last two fights in Las Vegas with a 30-15 win-loss record.

Both Filipinos are eager to clinch a win with Moralde close to achieving his title fight dream while Yap will try to stay competitive and avoid a three-game losing skid.
