The Varsitarian, University of Santo Tomas’ official student publication, reported that the UST Growling Tigers were made to do a farming seminar in a piggery aside from doing 3×3 practice scrimmages.

As the days go by, the case against head coach Aldin Ayo and the Growling Tigers grow even deeper as more revelations come forward.

According to the report by The Varsitarian, the team holds their practice sessions from 8:30 to 11:30 AM and 3 to 5 PM every day except Tuesday and Sunday.

As of now, the reason behind the farming seminar has not been answered by UST’s camp and will be a new topic for investigation.

Despite coach Ayo’s resignation together with his assistant coaches McJour Luib and Jinino Manansala, the trio will still have to face the consequences of the investigation as they were the ones in charge of the varsity players in Capuy, Sorsogon.

The controversy has been a big blow to the Growling Tigers, losing five prized players in their roster in former team captain CJ Cansino, Rhenz Abando, Brent Paraiso, Ira Bataller, and Jun Asuncion.

Final deliberation regarding their Sorsogon bubble will be released anytime soon after the CHED already passed the report to the Department of Interior and Local Government and the Department of Justice for further penalties.
