BACOLOD City Four persons were arrested in separate operations in Negros Occidental from May 12 to 13, 2019.
On May 13, Melvin Estoquia, 28, of Barangay Enclaro, Binalbagan town was arrested in the said village which resulted in the recovery of three sachets of suspected shabu, an improvised tooter, a canister, the P300 marked money, and P210 cash.
On May 12, Jerry Javello, 44, of Barangay Villamonte, Bacolod City was arrested for possessing a sachet of suspected shabu, coin purse, improvised tooter, and a motorcycle. He is detained at Police Station 4.
Also arrested in Barangay 35, this city last Sunday, were Randy Alcala, 21; and Eugene Jamili, 40, both residents of the said village after police seized from them 13 sachets of suspected shabu worth P50,000, and the P300 marked money.
Alcala is a street level target while Jamili is a high-value target, police records showed.
Both suspects are detained at Police Station 1.
