PONTEVEDRA, Capiz— A 50-year-old man was found dead inside his house morning of July 9, 2019 at Brgy. Lantangan, Pontevedra Capiz.
Investigation conducted by Pontevedra municipal police indicated that victim Robite Bulanio may have been shot while sleeping.
It was learned that the victim was living alone in the house as his wife and children were in Manila.
According to neighbors, they heard at least 6 to 7 gunfire bursts the night before but they ignored it.
