Killed was Mark Alob, 29, while wounded was Ryan Albarico, 33, both residents of the said village.
Police Major Ruel Culanag, head of Police Station 3, said Alob was standing at the alley around 1 a.m. when three unidentified men approached and allegedly shot him at close range.
Albarico was hit by a stray bullet on his back because he was also in the area when the shooting happened. The three assailants then fled.
