BACOLOD City – The Provincial Peace and Order Council (PPOC) and the Provincial Anti Drug Council (PADC) approved Tuesday the P87-million budget for various programs and activities of agencies for 2020.
Provincial Administrator Rayfrando Diaz said the budget includes P6 million for the Provincial Engineering Office; P33.5 million for the Office of the Governor; P5 million for Provincial Health Office; P2.5M for the Provincial Planning and Development Office; P10M for the Office of the Provincial Administrator; P1M for the Provincial Environment Management Office; P1M for the Provincial Parole and Probation Coordinating Center; P11.7M for the Special Programs and Concerns Division; and P800,000 for the National Police Commission.
The Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office got P5M and P1M for Negros Occidental Comprehensive Health Programs; P4M for the Liga Ng Mga Barangay; P2M for the Negros Occidental Drug Rehabilitation Foundation; P1M for the Sangguniang Kabataan Provincial Federation; P1M for the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist; P1M for the Department of Interior and Local Government; and P500,000 for Girl Scout of the Philippines.
