The De La Salle University Men’s basketball team will be stacked and loaded this UAAP Season 84.
CJ Austria, the University of the East’s main gunner in the juniors division together with Emman Galman, University of Perpetual Help Junior Altas main leading scorer, confirmed that they will be playing for the green and white in Season 84.
Both high school standouts who stand at 6’3” play the small forward position and can also play the four-position as a stretch power forward.
Since the return of La Salle legend Derrick Pumaren as chief tactician, the Green Archers has been working to revamp the roster despite the COVID-19 pandemic.
Austria averaged 17.62 points, 8.77 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 2.0 steals, and 1.23 block per contest while Galman posted 17.7 points, 6.7 rebounds, 2.6 assists, and 1.2 steals every game.
The Green Archers are looking to end their two-year final four drought and will be one of the most formidable squads in Season 84 after their acquisition of Letran star Joshua Ramirez and former San Beda star guard Evan Nelle.
