After a dominant stint in the Chooks-to-Go 3×3 President’s Cup presented by TM, the quartet of Alvin Pasaol, Joshua Munzon, Troy Rike, and Santi Santillan are in for a tougher battle as the FIBA 3×3 World Tour Doha Masters is scheduled this November 20 to 21.
Taking home the Chooks 3×3 grand prize of 1-Million pesos, the experience and the physicality Munzon and company had during the recently concluded tournament will be a huge boost moving up to the international stage.
They will be representing the Philippines and will enter the battlefield carrying the team name Manila Chooks.
The incoming Doha Masters will be a tough task for the brave Filipino ballers as the world’s best 3×3 hoopers will also grace the event and battle for supremacy.
Some of the big names joining the tourney are: Stefan Kojic, Mihailo Vasic, Nauris Miezis, Karlis Lasmanis, Dominique Jones, Marcel Esonwune, Kidani Brutus, and David Seagers.
They will go up against the best of the best and the Filipinos will try to prevail over these household names in the 3×3 scene.
If the Filipino squad will be able to make it to the top 7 out of the 15 clubs, they will qualify for the 2020 FIBA 3×3 World Tour Jeddah Final on December 11 and 12.
