ROXAS CITY, Capiz – An employee of the municipal government of Dumalag, Capiz died in a road accident Tuesday evening at Sitio Ayuyan, Barangay Santo Angel, Dumalag, Capiz.
Rex Castro of Barangay Poblacion, Dumalag was declared dead on arrival in a hospital.
Investigation by the Dumalag PNP indicated that Castro was driving a motorcycle when he lost control of the bike and slammed to the concrete road.
He succumbed to fatal injuries in different parts of his body.
It is believed that Castro was drunk when the mishap occurred.
