ROXAS CITY, Capiz — The Roxas City Police Station led by Lt. Col. Ricardo Jomuad Jr., strictly implements curfew hours to prevent the spread of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).

Jomuad said they have apprehended several persons who violated the curfew from 10pm to 4 am.

Most of the violators were minors who roamed the streets at night.

The curfew also led to fewer crimes and incidents in the city.

The violators rendered community services and attended lectures on the dangers of COVID-19.

Jomuad asked parents to always monitor their children and to prohibit them from going out at night.
