Dominador Geroche, 61, of Sitio Balabag, Barangay San Fernando, Barotac Viejo town was nabbed at People’s Village in Barangay Vista Alegre.

Geroche was captured a day after his co-accused was also collared at Sitio Balabag, Barangay San Fernando, Barotac Viejo.

Geroche was listed as Barotac Viejo’s most wanted person.

Both suspects, along with two others, are accused of murder in Criminal Case No.  2021-9804.

The incident also wounded another farmer.

Earlier police reports claimed that Agramon was at the farm with fellow farmers when the suspects arrived.

The gunman, who was earlier identified as Roger Ternura, immediately shot Agramon and fled after the incident.

Roger and Nicolas are brothers.

Immediately after the incident, Geroche’s son, DM, was also arrested. He has been detained at the police custodial facility since 2019.

Roger and Agramon held grudges with each other over a land dispute.
