
BACOLOD City – Mayor Evelio Leonardia issued Executive Order No. 39-A amending part of EO 39 of 2021 requiring fully vaccinated Bacolod residents to again present a negative RT-PCR test upon arrival here.
It also imposed new travel protocols between Bacolod City and Panay Island:
-only Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR) as defined by the Omnibus Guidelines on the implementation of community quarantine from Panay Island are allowed into Bacolod;
-travels of non-APORs from areas under ECQ and MECQ in Panay into Bacolod are not allowed;
-leisure travel from Panay to Bacolod is not allowed
-travelers from GCQ and MGCQ areas can be allowed into Bacolod subject to presentation of some documents such as negative RT-PCR test (not more than 72 hours prior to travel to and upon arrival in Bacolod), Online BacTrac registration, online health declaration, SPass, Travel Coordination permit, and valid personal ID.
