In solemn observance of the Lenten Season, the Cofradia Dela Virgen Maria of Panay (CVMP) led an exhibit of holy icons depicting the passion and resurrection of Jesus Christ aptly dubbed “Kalbaryo 2” at Nuestra Señora de La Paz Y Buen Viaje Parish Church in Lapaz, Iloilo City.
Most Reverend Jose Romeo Lazo, Jaro Archbishop; and Iloilo’s power couple Judgee and Sarah Peña graced the ceremony.
La Paz parish priest Fr. Joenick Territorio and CVMP president Dr. Noe Bataga and officers welcomed the guests.
A sumptuous breakfast at the parish convent capped the celebration.
Kalbaryo 2 exhibit runs until April 1, 2022.
