BACOLOD City – Authorities intercepted 13 grams of suspected shabu worth P88,400 at the Negros Oriental Detention and Rehabilitation Center in Dumaguete City last Tuesday.
Based on the initial report, the contraband was sealed inside a deodorant bottle wrapped in a plastic bag.
A man and a woman handed the package containing the bottle intended for a person deprived of liberty (PDL).
The two visitors later left on board a motorcycle.
The facility is coordinating with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) for further investigation.
