Vice President Sara Duterte, former President now Pampanga Rep. Gloria Macapagal Arroyo and Senator Francis Tolentino visited Roxas City and Capiz province to join Capiztahan 2023 on Saturday.
Roxas City Mayor Ronnie Dadivas and Capiz Gov. Fredenil Castro, former Senator Mar Roxas and Paolo Roxas welcomed the dignitaries at the Roxas City Hall.
