To support its burgeoning ECommerce platform, MerryMart has announced the impending completion of a new 2-hectare MM Distribution Center in Laguna, South Luzon.
This new facility is set to broaden MerryMart’s market reach significantly and streamline its current logistics operations. The addition is also part of a larger eco-friendly initiative, with plans to incorporate Electric Trucks (EV) into its delivery fleet.
The strategic distribution center in Laguna, along with a counterpart in Tarlac, is the precursor to a planned network of 10 MM Distribution Centers across the Philippines.
This expansion includes two additional centers in Luzon, three in the Visayas, and three in Mindanao. Once completed, this network will enable MerryMart Wholesale’s ECommerce platform to serve customers in all 82 provinces of the country, covering 99% of the Philippine consumer market.
The MerryMart Group has set its sights on becoming a major consumer force in the Philippines, with an adjusted 2030 Vision to generate consolidated systemwide sales revenue of ₱150 billion.
