After months of deliberation, the National Basketball Association (NBA) screening committee finally put out the final list of this year’s Kia All-NBA 1st Team confirmed on May 23, 2024.

Headlining the NBA’s best first five of the season is newly-crowned Most Valuable Player (MVP) awardee Nikola Jokic of the Denver Nuggets.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Oklahoma City Thunder’s rising superstar, joined Jokic as the unanimous players who were voted by the panel that includes sportswriters and some members of the media.

Both Western Conference superstars received First Team votes on all 99 ballots which automatically put them as members of the Mythical Five.

Completing this year’s Kia All-NBA 1st Team are Luka Doncic of the Dallas Mavericks, Giannis Antetokounmpo of the Milwaukee Bucks, and Boston Celtics’ small forward Jayson Tatum.

Meanwhile, players who made it into the Kia All-NBA 2nd Team were Jalen Brunson of New York, Kawhi Leonard of the Clippers, Lakers’ Anthony Davis, Minnesota’s Anthony Edwards, and Kevin Durant of the Phoenix Suns.

For the Kia All-NBA 3rd Team, the veteran duo of LeBron James and Stephen Curry led the lineup while Domantas Sabonis of Sacramento, Indiana’s Tyrese Haliburton, and Suns’ Devin Booker completed the list.

For the scoring format, members of the screening committee were tasked to score five points for the 1st Team, three points for the 2nd Team, and a point for the 3rd Team.
