Iloilo Lions Club Marks 46th Year with Induction Ball

The Iloilo City Integrated Lions Club (ICILC) celebrated its 46th anniversary and the induction of new officers and members with a lively dinner-dance ball at the Twin Ballroom of Smallville 21 Hotel.

This year’s event carried the Lions International theme, “Make Your Mark.”

Leading the newly inducted officers was ICILC President Elena M. Ledesma, joined by Leo President Hannah Mae S. Catedrilla.

The evening’s special guest speaker, PCC George Ong Tan, was warmly welcomed by club members.

Following the formal ceremony and dinner, attendees were treated to a spectacular retro-themed performance, aptly titled “Palabas,” featuring the club’s officers and members, adding flair to the festive occasion.

In her speech, President Elena Ledesma expressed her optimism for the club’s future: “I believe that with the Lions’ unwavering support, commitment, and participation, we will continue to grow stronger and achieve even greater success in pursuing our noble missions for the community and humanity.”

The event concluded with enthusiastic applause, echoing the pride and solidarity of the Lions Club.
