ROXAS CITY, CAPIZ – Congressman Howard Guintu has addressed allegations regarding his involvement in the upcoming Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Capiz Chapter elections, firmly denying any interference and reaffirming his neutrality.
In an official statement, Guintu’s camp dismissed the claims and assured the legal community of his impartial stance.

His team acknowledged that one of the candidates in the IBP elections is among his consultants but emphasized that this affiliation does not compromise his neutrality.
“Cong. Guintu wishes all candidates well and assures that, no matter who assumes leadership in the IBP, he will support the organization in its activities that advance the noble cause of upholding the law,” the statement added.
