One of the best lawn tennis tag-teams in the Philippines will be reuniting to try and clinch two gold International Tennis Federation (ITF) medals.
Veterans Francis Casey Alcantara and Ruben Gonzales will be making their return and hope to win the country some medals across several international tournaments.
First, the partners will be seeking to dominate the ASC BMW $25,000 World Tennis Tour while the other will be the $25,000 Naples World Tennis Tour.
The Philippines will be banking on the veteran experts of Alcantara and Gonzales in the doubles category after providing the PH with some memorable gold medal finishes in the past.
From February 22 to 28, Alcantara and Gonzales will be busy playing in the hectic schedule in both tournaments for a chance to haul the overall prize money of $50,000.
As of now, participating countries are yet to confirm their playing pair since the 2021 Australian Open is still ongoing.
