BACOLOD City – Bacolod City now has more than 5,000 confirmed cases of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) as of Tuesday.
Data from the Public Information Office indicated that the city has tallied 5,032 confirmed cases.
Recoveries totaled 4,525, active cases at 360 and 147 deaths.
Negros Occidental first breached the 5,000 mark with 5,055 cases, according to the provincial government’s Facebook page.
The province has 773 active cases, 4,139 recoveries and 143 deaths.
Domestic cases numbered to 3,710, locally stranded individuals (LSI) with 773, medical frontliners at 252, Returning Overseas Filipinos at 238, Authorized Person Outside of Residence (APOR) at 58 while others are for classification (24) and in other provinces (4).
