For the duration of this arrangement, the portion of the hospital shall be called the Bacolod City Respiratory Referral Center or BCRRC.

Under the contract, the equipment will continue to be owned by the City and shall be made available for the free use of the hospital.

While the arrangement lasts, the Bacolod LGU will also provide consumable supplies such as PPEs (personal protective equipment) and testing kits.

Medical, nursing, utility, and administrative staff for the BCRRC will be provided by the hospital who will remain as employer of these personnel.
