The briefings align with BDO’s sustainability philosophy, which aims to integrate sustainability principles into all aspects of its operations, from decision-making and relationship assessments to product creation.

The Executive Series has addressed a variety of topics, including nature and biodiversity loss and conservation, responsible investing, offshore wind energy, and current nuclear power technology.

These sessions feature external speakers who are experts in emerging sustainability issues, offering valuable insights, best practices, and a platform for meaningful idea exchanges to identify business opportunities.

BDO’s Sustainability Executive Briefing Series is in line with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) mandate to enhance financial institutions’ leadership capabilities in assessing and managing environmental and social (E&S) risks.

Additionally, these sessions aim to bolster BDO’s financial performance in a global economy that is increasingly environmentally responsible and socially inclusive.
