BDO Network Bank in partnership with SM Foundation and the Local Government Units of Barotac Viejo, Banate and San Rafael held a Medical and Dental Mission Project last March 30, 2022 at the Municipal Gym of Barotac Viejo, Iloilo.
The project was also supported by JCI Iloilo, JCI Senate Iloilo, Philippine Chamber of Commerce Iloilo (PCCI), MX 3 and Jorque Pharmacy.
Around 700 individuals from Barotac Viejo, Banate and San Rafael were served by the team using the Mobile Clinic of SM Foundation for the x-ray and ultrasound.
JCI Senate Iloilo provided the urine test strips that determined creatinine levels and other health indicators.
Doctors, dentists, nurses, and Barangay Health Workers from the three municipalities helped apart from medical students from Iloilo City Schools.
Present during the activity were Mayor Bong Tupas of Barotac Viejo, Mayor Junjun Tupas Gonzalez and Vice Mayor Iran of Banate, former Mayor Myrna Causing Tupas, BDONB Vice President and Head of Corporate Affairs and Community Relations Dr. Lex Tupas with Area Heads, Branch Heads and personnel of BDO Network Bank; JCI Iloilo President Louie Andaya and JCI Iloilo members, JCI Senate Iloilo President Allendy Tan and other officers. PCCI Iloilo Vice President Noi Dongor represented PCCI Iloilo President Fulbert Woo.
Also present was Mr. Dalfhen Samson, Assistant Project Manager for Health and Medical Programs of SM Foundation, together with Dr. Bless Bertos.
