Calling all the Ilonggo bikers! It’s time to unite on February 13.
Brought to you by Neutral Grounds Events in partnership with the Iloilo City Government and the Iloilo City Sports Development Division, Ride for Love “A Bike Ride for a Cause” is set to take place on Valentine’s Day.
The biking event encourages couples to join and fill Iloilo City with love.
“Just share the love. If we will not do this then who will? The event was conceptualized before but with the onset of this pandemic we never had a chance to do it. that’s the downside. But because of that people are buying bicycles for fitness and that opens our initiative to have a bike for a cause,” said Neutral Ground Event head Euliz Ann Talite in an exclusive interview with the Daily Guardian.
Bikers will go around Iloilo City following strict and safety protocols imposed by the local Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) in accordance with Executive Assistant for Sports Mr. Rudiver Jungco Sr. and Mayor Jerry P. Treñas.
The main organizers would like to thank the biking community in the province and the city of Iloilo, Mr. Jungco Sr. and his team, Mayor Treñas, and to everyone who made the event possible.
“We remain in gratitude to the endless support the city government is extending on events like this and thankful of the chance and to be a partner in providing some assistance to our eventual beneficiary. We bring the fun, you show the love,” added Talite.
