Current BRAVE CF world bantamweight champion Stephen Loman from the Philippines is turning heads with his unique fighting style and resiliency as the no. 1 in the division.
The Team Lakay rising star did not just earn the respect of everyone in the division but also Brave CF’s president itself, Mohammed Shahid.
“I really believe that he will take the sport of MMA to another level in the Philippines. He keeps on proving that he is a deserving champion. He is the biggest combat athlete in the Philippines along with Manny Pacquiao. I said it before and I’ll say it again,” said BRAVE CF president Shahid.
Already a champion at the age of 25, Loman recently edged Canadian challenger Louie Sanoudakis during BRAVE CF 30 which was dubbed as one of the best technical fights in the league.
Loman’s quick rise to stardom made him the headline of three BRAVE CF fighting cards including one in front of his kababayans in Manila last March 2019.
Since then, Shahid has had a lot of trust in Loman that he can put up spectacular performances as the star of the show in the main event bouts and is holding an impressive 14-2 win-loss record.
Shahid is also planning to headline Loman in the main event of their proposed event on January 16 which will be staged in Sochi, Russia.
