BACOLOD City – Vallacar Transit Inc’s Media Liaison Officer Jade Marquez-Seballos on Monday asked commuters to observe social distancing rules.

Seballos issued the appeal after passengers trooped to Ceres bus terminals when it resumed operations.

Netizens noted that passengers lining up to board the buses are not observing social distancing.

Seballos admitted that they had a hard time asking the passengers to follow physical distancing.

Even their security guards are not able to maintain the crowd, Seballos said.

Seballos asked the mayors of the towns and cities where their terminals are located to provide assistance by deploying police officers to the terminals.
