Cebu Pacific (CEB) has once again been recognized as the Best Employer Brand among Philippine companies with 1,000 to 5,000 employees at the 2024 LinkedIn Talent Awards, marking its second consecutive win.

The award was received by Chrissie Perfecto, CEB’s Director for Talent Management, during a ceremony held on August 14, 2024.

Felix Dan Lopez, CEB’s Chief Human Resources Officer, expressed the company’s gratitude: “We are honored to receive this award from LinkedIn for the second year in a row. Moving forward, we will stay committed to meaningfully engaging with our current employees and future talents, empowering them to make a valuable impact in the aviation industry as Moment Makers.”

The LinkedIn Talent Awards are based on a company’s use of LinkedIn Talent Solutions and activities on the LinkedIn platform. CEB’s consistent recognition in this category underscores its proactive approach to talent management and employee engagement.

In addition to winning the Best Employer Brand award, Cebu Pacific was also a finalist in the Talent Insights Pioneer category, which honors companies that utilize LinkedIn Talent Insights to make data-driven talent decisions.

Cebu Pacific has made significant strides in enhancing employee engagement through various initiatives.

The airline has organized activities to strengthen staff camaraderie and has expanded access to LinkedIn Learning, promoting upskilling and self-paced learning for over 4,000 employees. These initiatives are part of CEB’s broader strategy to create an inclusive workplace that celebrates individuality and provides equal employment opportunities.

This year, Cebu Pacific’s efforts were further validated when it received the Great Place to Work® certification, making it the only airline in Southeast Asia to achieve such a distinction. This certification reflects the positive evaluation of CEB’s employee experiences in areas such as fairness, respect, and camaraderie.

Moreover, CEB was recognized as one of the top 100 best employers for fresh graduates in 2024 by Prosple, a careers and education technology company, further cementing its reputation as an employer of choice.

Cebu Pacific continues to welcome new talent into its ranks, offering career opportunities for those aspiring to grow in the aviation industry. Interested individuals are encouraged to follow Cebu Pacific on LinkedIn for the latest job openings and updates.
