The Choco Mucho Flying Titans just signed veteran outside spiker Royse Tubino for the 2024 Premier Volleyball League (PVL) season confirmed last January 15, 2024.

Fresh off a one-year deal with the PLDT High-Speed Hitters last season, Tubino is looking to boost Choco Mucho’s offensive firepower while also imparting her veteran experience in the squad’s locker room.

A staple member of the Army Lady Troopers during the past PVL conferences, Tubino had to find a new home after the franchise made a temporary absence due to the unavailability of their players.

Tubino first agreed to a deal with the High-Speed Hitters and immediately made an impact after strengthening PLDT’s back row offense.

After her contract expired, the Flying Titans quickly pulled the trigger in acquiring her for the set conferences this 2024.

Tubino became their latest addition after Choco Mucho’s player haul of Mars Alba, Bia General, and Mean Mendrez several days ago.

“Salute this dynamic soldier-athlete turned powerful open hitter! Get ready for a season of explosive and tactical plays!” wrote Choco Mucho in their statement.

Tubino will be joining Choco Mucho’s loaded offensive talent of Sisi Rondina, Kat Tolentino, Isa Molde, and Regine Arocha.

Still acting as the Flying Titans’ head coach is Dante Alinsunurin who recently led Choco Mucho to a grand finals appearance during the last PVL All-Filipino Conference.
