WELL, Christmas fever ran high as lots of exciting holiday soirees welcomed the yuletide season in Our City of Love.
My day started with an intimate luncheon with GMA Kapuso’s Clash Masters celebrities pop diva Julie Ann San Jose and the total heartthrob hunk Rayver Cruz where we had a short tete-a-tete of the latest exciting twists and intriguing turns throughout the season of the network’s original musical competition.
Next affair was a dazzling Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony at the plush Festive Walk Mall of Megaworld.
Gracing the event was Megaword-Iloilo Business Park Vice President for Sales and Marketing Ms. Jennifer Palmares-Fong, Festive Walk Mall General Manager Mr. Buford Tan, Department of Tourism Regional Director Atty. Helen Catalbas, Iloilo City Tourism officer Junel Ann Divinagracia and City Councilor Hon. Jay Treñas.
The celebration kicked off with an astonishing and applauded acrobatic performance as well as a special number from the Children of the Ati Community, recipients of gift giving ceremony from Santa Clause. An aerial performance that combined artistry and strength while hundreds of guests and shoppers wait for the lighting ceremony, highlighted with a spectacular fireworks display that lit up the night sky!
My hectic day was capped off by a relaxing intimate birthday dinner party of civic oriented Susan Wang at Mr. Misono Sukiyaki and Teppanyaki Japanese Resto where the charming owner Chato Javellana whipped up mouth-watering Japanese cuisines.
