The Rosales family’s Strawberry Mansion, renowned for its annual gatherings, once again opened its doors for the eagerly awaited thanksgiving party in honor of Santo Niño, after years of pandemic-induced hiatus.
Norma Padilla-Rosales, the stylish matriarch of the manor, joyfully welcomed the guests with her children: Baby Rosales, Bobby Rosales, and the society stalwarts Joji “Pane” Rosales and Miss Iloilo co-chairwoman Beverly “Pangging” Rosales-Chaplin. The festivities were further graced by the presence of Norma’s grandchildren, Drs. Breean R. Chaplin and Nikko Cid.
The exclusive event catered to a roster of A-list guests, who were treated to an eclectic buffet spread, including such exquisite dishes as Lengua Escarlata, Chicken Parcel, Italian Lasagna, Poached Pink Salmon with Dill Sauce, Lechon, and Russian Salad, all masterfully prepared by the distinguished Chef Ding Montelibano.
The exquisite meal was paired with an array of subtle yet intricate wines and refreshing beverages, setting a convivial atmosphere for guests to revel in the evening. The ambiance was elevated with classic tunes spun by the esteemed Edwin Zulueta, inviting old friends and new acquaintances to enjoy the night.
Celebratory cheers echoed for Santo Niño, marking the joyous occasion.
