DBP installs ATM in island municipality of Bohol province

State-owned Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) recently installed an offsite Automated Teller Machine (ATM) in Carlos P. Garcia, a fourth-class municipality in the province of Bohol as part of the bank’s mission to reach more Filipinos in rural communities by expanding the touchpoints for formal financial services. A first in the municipality’s history, the DBP touchscreen ATM, the only ATM in the island, enables a more convenient access to secure banking transactions for over 25,000 residents of the 23 barangays in the town.
