Dinagyang Tribes Competition Tickets Sold Out

Tickets for the highly anticipated 2025 Dinagyang Festival Ati Tribe Competition, set for January 26, have officially sold out weeks ahead of the event.

Iloilo Festivals Foundation, Inc. (IFFI) Executive Director Joyce Ann Clavecillas confirmed the development, noting that over 2,000 tickets were made available to the public for two judging areas: Quezon-Ledesma and Mabini-Delgado.

Meanwhile, 2,400 seats at the Freedom Grandstand were reserved exclusively for Iloilo City Government representatives, sponsors, and invited guests. The Capitol area will be managed by the Iloilo Provincial Government.

Ticket prices ranged from PHP2,000 (Silver Tier) to PHP2,500 (Gold Tier).

Participating Tribes

This year’s competition, open to school-based and barangay-based contingents, features eight participating tribes:

  • Tribu Hangaway
  • Tribu Ilonganon (Jalandoni Memorial National High School)
  • Tribu Molave
  • Tribu Paghidaet (La Paz National High School)
  • Tribu Pag-asa Kang Mandurriao
  • Tribu Pan-ay (Fort San Pedro National High School)
  • Tribu Parianon
  • Tribu Salognon (Jaro National High School)

In 2024, Tribu Pan-ay of Fort San Pedro National High School was crowned grand champion, earning a PHP1 million cash prize and a trophy.

The tribe also received PHP10 million worth of projects from Uswag Ilonggo Partylist through Rep. James Ang, PHP15 million worth of projects from the city government, and a PHP10,000 cash prize for Best Music and Best Musical Director awards.

First and second runners-up honors went to Tribu Paghidaet and Tribu Ilonganon, respectively.

The Dinagyang Festival is celebrated for its vibrant street performances, rich cultural heritage, and the spirited competition among tribes, making it one of the most renowned festivals in the Philippines.

Kasadyahan Tickets Still Available

Tickets for the Kasadyahan sa Kabanwahanan event on January 25 remain available for purchase online at dinagyangtickets.com. Prices are PHP700 (Silver Tier) and PHP1,200 (Gold Tier).

For the first time, tickets for both the Dinagyang and Kasadyahan competitions are available online, streamlining access for locals, balikbayans, and tourists.

Buyers can purchase up to 10 tickets per transaction and must provide attendee names during checkout.

IFFI emphasized that all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. A QR code will be emailed to buyers, which must be presented with a valid ID for entry.
