Expect a more action-packed ONE Championship MMA series after Dominance MMA, one of the premier MMA agencies in the US, will feature best talents to spice things up.
After a newly signed partnership deal between the two MMA organizations, Dominance said that they will be bringing in their best fighters and ink a match under ONE.
Dominance CEO Ali Abdelaziz promised that they will only be bringing in top-tier champions to the ONE roster in the next events.
Two of the most decorated MMA fighters under Dominance, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu legend Marcus “Buchecha” Almeida and Greco-Roman Wrestling champion Amir Aliakbari will headline Dominance’s lineup with ONE.
Almeida, one of the greatest Jiu-Jitsu legends in Brazil, is a 13-time Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu World Champion and a two-time gold medalist in ADCC who also won at the Mundials for six times in the open division.
Aliakbari, is one of the most decorated Iranian wrestlers who was eager to train striking and grappling which made him into one unstoppable force, holding a record of 10-1 on a 70 % finishing rate.
The inclusion of Almeida and Aliakbari in the ONE roster will automatically put them in the heavyweight division with the likes of champion Brandon “The Truth” Vera, “Singh” Arjan Bhullar, and Tom DeBlass as the best in the division.
