ROXAS CITY, Capiz— A drug surrenderer from Brgy. Majanlud, Sapian town was arrested once more in a buy bust operation Thursday night in Poblacion Norte, Ivisan, Capiz.
The Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit (PDEU) and Station Drug Enforcement Team (SDET) of Ivisan Municipal Police Station arrested Argie De Guzman, 35.
Recovered from De Guzman were 10 sachets of suspected shabu, P1,200 marked money, cellphones, and a motorcycle.
Police Major Francisco Paguia, PDEU chief, said they have been monitoring De Guzman following reports that he returned to selling drugs.
The suspect denied he was into the illegal drugs trade, but he admitted using illegal drugs.
De Guzman is presently detained at the police station and will be charged for violations of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002).
