Filipino-American guard Remy Martin announced that he is entering the 2020 NBA Draft after three stellar seasons with the Arizona State Sun Devils.

The former 2018 PAC-12 Sixth Man of the Year averaged 19.1 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 3.1 assists in his last year with the Sun Devils.

During his freshman year, Martin’s immediate impact with the team was in full display after helping the Sun Devils reach the NCAA tournament after four years, providing the much-needed spark off the bench.

Martin’s elite scoring and insane quickness made him one of the most difficult players to guard in the NCAA for three years.

The former Gilas prospect continued to blossom with the Sun Devils and later on started to lead the team in scoring and cemented his name as one of the greatest Sun Devils.

However, Martin never really came up with the decision of playing for the national team because of his commitment to Arizona and the requirements needed to play.

With his NBA dream nearing, Martin said he is grateful for the opportunity and will make the most out of what’s in front of him.

“Starting from a young age, I have worked towards the opportunity to play in the NBA and I have now decided to take another step into making my dream a reality,” Martin said.
