With the Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao and Terence Crawford welterweight mega-bout eyed by Top Rank Promotions this year, some familiar opponents who faced the Filipino boxing icon weighed-in on who they think would win the match.

Juan Manuel Marquez, Timothy Bradley, and Jeff Horn, three of the most notable foes by the only eight-division world champion, all picked Crawford would win over Pacquiao.

“Pacquiao is intense but Crawford’s a smart dude. If Pacquiao was to push at him like he would probably do to me, Crawford could possibly outbox him. I probably see Crawford beating him,” said Horn.

Way back 2017, the whole boxing world was stunned when Horn pulled-off a controversial unanimous decision win against Pacman, despite the Filipino great dominating him the whole 12 rounds.

For Bradley, he emphasized that Crawford will be ready and will get the job done against anybody including Pacman, claiming that Pacquiao will get beaten.

Lastly, Marquez, probably the most notable Mexican opponent Pacquiao faced throughout his career, also agreed with the two explaining that it will be hard for the Filipino to deal with the intelligence and creativeness Crawford possesses in the ring.

Marquez added that the instincts and IQ Crawford had will work against the aggressive style of Pacquaio.
