It has male and female doctors’ quarters, nurses’ station, while every room is air conditioned and has its own comfort room. The facility is equipped with generator.
Gumarin thanked the Department of Public Works and Highways for providing the province with additional isolation facility.
The facility will enhance the province’s readiness to battle the Covid-19 pandemic according to the Governor.
“Nagapasalamat gid kita sa Department of Public Works and Highways, one of our development partners. Kinahanglan gid naton ini para ma-arrest ang local transmission sang virus diri sa probinsiya. We can only do this kun ma-isolate naton gilayon ang aton mga positive cases. With this facility mapahagan-hagan ang burden sang Provincial Government of Guimaras sa pag-away sini nga pandemya,” Gumarin said.
Alongside the isolation facility in the Municipality of Jordan, the Department of Public Works and Highways also turned over the isolation 16-bed facility built in the Municipality of Buenavista.
