ROXAS CITY, Capiz—A 43-year-old man and his alleged paramour are facing concubinage charges after they were caught in bed by the man’s wife Monday evening in Ivisan, Capiz.

The Ivisan Municipal Police Station is preparing the charges against Tibor (not his real name) and his alleged paramour Inday (also not her real name) for filing with the Provincial Prosecutors Office here.

Investigation conducted by the police indicated that Mae (also not her real name) caught her husband Tibor having sex with Inday inside their house.

Police Staff Sergeant Cristina Polunan of the Women and Children Protection Desk of Ivisan Municipal Police Station, said that the wife and her minor child went home to get their television set when she noticed a motorcycle parked outside their house.

Mae entered the house and peeked into their room and saw her husband on top of Inday.

A scuffle happened as Tibor and Inday tried to flee but Mae hit his head with a bottle while their child stopped Inday from escaping until the police arrived.

Polunan said that while Inday admitted to having sexual relationship with Tibor, the two were merely eating when Mae arrived.

The husband is presently confined in a hospital because of his head injury while Inday is detained at Ivisan police station.
