The Iloilo Mark V. Pinggol (MVP) Taekwondo Gym whole-heartedly accepted the #FrontlinersDanceChallenge in tribute to the thousands of frontliners that are helping us battle the COVID-19 pandemic.
Dancing under the tune of Rachel Platten’s Fight Songn, coach Pinggol himself together with his students and coaches created a video with them dancing to the whole song.
The video was posted on their official Facebook page, the Iloilo MVP Taekwondo Gym at Megaworld.
Coach Pinggol said that the video is their way of showing their gratitude to all the frontliners trying to help the community combat the pandemic.
Also, coach Pinggol emphasized that aside from training the jins in the art of Taekwondo, the gym also tries to instill values to the kids for them to become better citizens of this country, involving them in activities that can help the community.
“I came out with this idea nga i-encourage ang mga kids nga ubrahon ang frontliners dance challenge para makabulig spread positivity at the same time, it’s always my goal nga iinvolve ang mga jins namun sa mga activities nga maka contribute man sa community daw part man japon sang ila character building,” coach Pinggol said in an exclusive interview with Daily Guardian.
