BACOLOD City – Police are looking into grudges or business as possible motives behind the gun attack on an Indian national and his collector at Pusod Victan, Barangay 20, Victorias City, Negros Occidental last Wednesday.
The names of the 38-year-old foreigner and his 30-year-old companion were withheld.
Major Joy Ellaga, deputy chief of Victorias City Police Station, said the victims were riding a motorcycle when they slowed down in the area while tailing a truck.
Two unidentified persons then suddenly appeared and shot them.

The victims were taken to a hospital here where they underwent surgery.
