After a perfect outing in their home pitch defense against the Philippine Air Force FC, Kaya FC-Iloilo is looking to carry that momentum in their game against Mendiola FC 1991 and extend their winning streak to three as they kick off today, 4 p.m.

With the return of star striker Jordan Mintah, the Iloilo squad is looking to have a repeat performance with the way things turned out in their last game against Mendiola, overwhelming them with five cashed in goals and stepping on the gas pedal at every possession.

However, during their last game against Air Force FC, Mintah was still not operating at a hundred percent. Admitting in an interview that he’s still banged up from the injury he suffered in their match against Ceres two weeks ago, Mintah was able to play through the pain in order to help his team handle business at their home pitch.

On the other hand, Mendiola FC is fresh from a dominating win against Air Force FC, 4-1, and also has momentum on their side heading into the match.

Expect a back-and-forth grueling match between these two determined squads.
